As for the baby, I have really noticed her starting to kick me in the last two weeks. She likes to kick me throughout the day, but usually only at certain periods of the day, especially during quiet times. Fortunately, she does not keep me awake at night with her kicking.
I have gained a total of about 20 pounds now, and my progress is pretty good. I am always hungry but overall still comfortable.
As for the baby's name, I really like Katelyn at this point and Lonnie does not disagree, but we will see if that changes. We have not thought of a middle name yet.
I have added some new things to the nursery. We have a new changing table that has many drawers for holding diapers and clothing. It is wooden and stained cherry, so it should match our crib we are getting well. We have also picked up a swing for her. I have decided on the crib bedding. It is called Oasis from Cocalo. It is very soft. I think we will be painting the nursery a matching yellow color and then decorate it to match the Oasis bedding.
