Pain in the butt child
So, Katelyn decided to erupt two upper teeth this week without us realizing it. For a week she has not eaten very much from bottle or breast and she has been making me quite concerned. Anyway, yesterday she started rejecting bottle and breast completely. I decided to check her mouth to see if she had hurt herself and, lo and behold, she has two top teeth coming in!!! (to my surprise) They must hurt pretty bad because she cries when she eats. We have been having to feed her with a syringe just to get her to eat. It is a fun time at our house. :)

Oh yes, the teething stage. So much fun!! Teething tablets seem to help Logan out quite a bit and also baby Orajel is wonderful too (if you can get their mouth open long enough to apply it). I can totally understand what you're going through.

ReplyDeleteNothing worked well for Shantel either. I found that letting her chew on a wet cold wash rag worked the best. You might even try freezing a damp rag for a little bit or even tying some knots in the rag. Good Luck, teething is such fun!
